Killadoon Beef 

Our herd of belted galloway X reared at the farm in Killadoon, Celbridge. Belted Galloway beef — or “beltie” beef — is known for its seriously good flavour. Slow-grown and grass-fed, this heritage breed has a deeper, more old-school beef flavour compared to standard supermarket beef. Our animals are carefully butchered in Murphy’s craft butchers in Tullow. The meat is hung for a minimum of 28 days to deepen the flavour.
